Unabale To Place Order - Please Advise

I have been unable to place an order all afternoon long, my cart has several items, The credit card area does not work, no curser will work in it, I am working on a computer and have already refreshed as well as restarted my computer twice! and also logged in and out two times. STILL IT DOES NOT WORK.

I was in the middle of my order and the website stopped working and said Fine Art America was down for maintenance. Then later I got back in and finsihed my order. I am ordering because there is a sale onto midnight today 3/25/2024. I have the cart number, but when I called customer service they said they would not help me and that the problem was technological and that they could not help me. Imagine this, customer service can not help me get this order placed. Please advise! Whenever I email for technological help they never answer me so I am trying this. I will be back on in a couple hours, hope they can get it fixed

You need to contact Customer Support.

Unfortunately, when a credit card gets declined, the only information that we receive back from our credit card processor is the word "DECLINED".

A credit card could be declined for any number of reasons:

1 You entered in the wrong card number.
2 You entered in the wrong billing address.
3 You entered in the wrong CVV2 number (i.e. the number on the back of the card) or you are not manually filling it out. It has to be manually typed in
4 You exceeded the daily spending limit on your card (e.g. $1,000 per day).
5 You are trying to use a prepaid card
6 You are not filling out every detail again on every attempt
7 Your bank card does not allow subscriptions (#7 is if trying for a premium account only)
8 Make sure your contact information on the site matches your details on the card. Sometimes that can make a difference

If your card was declined, please verify that all of your credit card information is correct, and try submitting your order again. If your card is declined the second time, make sure that you aren't over your daily spending limit.

Do contact the bank and make sure the security has not put a fraud alert on the account for this transaction.

Try a different browser

I think Nancy meant that the Credit card AREA isn'tt working, not the CC itself.

Nancy, have you tried a different browser or cleared your cache?

I was not even able to enter my credit card, the curser would not work in the credit card area, the credit card area will not allow me to enter ANYTHING! I just wrote technological support by using the link at the bottom of the page, my credit card works. I

Thanks Abbie, I will shit down the computer and try AGAIN in a couple hours

Are you using a coupon that somehow makes it free? I know I got an error for that once. Be sure to type things exactly as shown on the card, no spaces etc. Proper names. Then try a different browser.

Maybe try your phone to see if the box works there? Should still be in your cart as long as you log in.

Okay folks, it is working now. I re-logged in after taking a break . I was able to place my order but the prices were different. . I got the art discount that an artist would get ordinarily but they did not show the 20% sale price that they showed me before AND that was suppose to be available all day today until midnight when I called customer service she told me this.

and I did once get the sale price IN THE PAST. If I ever see a special offer for 20% off again I know now it is not for us, even when it shows at top after you have logged in.

This was exasperating, as I spent most afternoon trying to get the order in. I appreciated all of your inputs, I know you all meant to help, but things are flucky for sure like when the credit card area would not allow me to even insert my numbers.
