Defective Framing & Wrapping- No Support Response
I received my order, March 19, 2024. Of the order of three pictures, the smallest picture, 8x12, Sunflowers Awakening, is defective. The frame is short on the left at seven and half inches while the right is eight inches. The signature on the lower right is lopped off bending on the side. The picture is wonky, uneven, stretched wrong and the stapling on the back is haphazard.
I contacted Support on the day I received the order, March 19, 2024. I enclosed photos showing the uneven size. I ask if there will be a replacement. When I didn’t hear from Support, I emailed on the support ticket that I did not want a replacement due to no response and requested a refund for this defective product.
I do not understand why there is no response. I have been with FFA for ten years and have my own gallery. I sometimes order from my own gallery and such is the case this time. I am very disappointed at the shoddy framing and cannot understand how this was packaged this way without quality control. I have done everything I was supposed to do contacting Support.
