Defective Framing & Wrapping- No Support Response

I received my order, March 19, 2024. Of the order of three pictures, the smallest picture, 8x12, Sunflowers Awakening, is defective. The frame is short on the left at seven and half inches while the right is eight inches. The signature on the lower right is lopped off bending on the side. The picture is wonky, uneven, stretched wrong and the stapling on the back is haphazard.

I contacted Support on the day I received the order, March 19, 2024. I enclosed photos showing the uneven size. I ask if there will be a replacement. When I didn’t hear from Support, I emailed on the support ticket that I did not want a replacement due to no response and requested a refund for this defective product.

I do not understand why there is no response. I have been with FFA for ten years and have my own gallery. I sometimes order from my own gallery and such is the case this time. I am very disappointed at the shoddy framing and cannot understand how this was packaged this way without quality control. I have done everything I was supposed to do contacting Support.

Why no Support Response?

Hi Anna,

Sorry you are having this issue.

Sometime Customer Service has answered your inquiry – but the email has been marked spam and is either in your spam folder or has been deleted.

Unfortunately what your email server does to the return email from FAA cannot be seen or addressed by FAA.

There are a few things you can do to have your issue taken care of:

You can send a message to Customer Service by using Contact Us at the bottom of any page

And if you have a second email address use that as a return email address

If you are in the United States you can call Customer Service at 877-807-5901.

Hi David,
I did use Contact Us and check the spam folder. Also, I have corresponded with Support before concerning an address error using Contact Us, and they responded as well there was not a problem with corresponding back and forth. I am not interested in playing with this with multiple contacts while waiting to be ignored. If this is FFA’s policy, then I will be closing my account.
