True 24x24" Art Print Instead Of 26x26"

Hi everybody !
I'm pretty new here and after few researches, I can't find the information I need.
My client wants a 24x24" art print, he has a 24x24" frame. All good.
But when I choose the 24x24" print, the websites says they automatically add 1" of white border around the design, and the real size will be 26x26".
My customer doesn't want to cut the design himself.

I tried to find a 22x22" so the design will be 24x24" with the extra white border the websites adds, but I just have the 20x20 and 24x24" option (meaning 22x22 or 26x26" final size).
What should I do ? Thank you so much ! :-)

I think you can remove the border on it. It may be adding a mat. And I think you can force a crop too.

I can't see how I can force a crop (I'm clicking everywhere in the editor). When adding a mat, it just adds the mat, but it can't go back to 24" (It just adds on the top of it). When selecting no mat, it goes back to 26x26" (with 1" of white paper everywhere)

Its under SHAPE then - square at the bottom - its to the right of the size

From there you can keep or remove the mat

Unfortunately the only way is to cut the border off.

I'm really sorry, I think i'm missing something. Here's what I see when selecting SQUARE :

The overall is still set to 26x26", even if mat is selected to ''NONE''

But you should be right that there's an option to remove the mat, because it's written ''All art prints include a 1" white border around the image to allow for future framing and matting, if desired.''. I just can't find the option to remove the white border...

As I wrote above, the buyer would have to cut the border off.
