The yacht "Dauntless" of New York: off Queenstown Ireland July 13th. 1869. Art by Charles Richard Parsons (American, Brooklyn, New York 1844�1918 St. Ives, Cornwall) and Lyman W. Atwater (American, 1835�1891). In this nautical print a two-masted vessel sails to the right, listing slightly to starboard. She flies the burgee of the New York Yacht Club on her foremast, with another burgee and an American flag from the other mast. The water is choppy and land visible through a light fog in the background.
