The beautiful century tree of Texas A&M University has seen many couple walk through its wonderful drooping boughs and off towards a happy marriage. Legend has it at Texas A&M, a school steeped in tradition, that if a young couple walk under the tree, they are destined for marriage. A proposal under the tree leads to a a long wonderful marriage.

Imaged here during a beautiful Texas fall, red leaves are skewed about the courtyard, making the appearance of rose petals down the walkway.

This image is shot as a 2x3 aspect ratio on a full frame camera and high quality wide angle lens for excellent resolution and sharpness, and has been exported at 300 ppi for large prints.

I've always had a great affinity for hiking, camping, and travel in general and this has naturally led me to become a landscape photographer. I like to reflect on my life in two manners; on the one hand, as a current engineering PhD candidate at Texas A&M, I am striving to better the environment and leave the world better off for future generations to enjoy its beauty. On the other hand, I actively look to capture that beauty to the best of my ability as a photographer. As busy as I am with studies, I pour my heart and soul into every image I create and will only upload what I feel reflects the true beauty of the world.
