This is a modern impressionist painting realized in the impasto technique, with thick oil paint applied with a diversity of palette knives.

This landscape is part of my series of sunflowers fields inspired by my trips to Provence.

Mona Edulesco is a Romanian painter and architect who resides in France and specializes in textured impasto palette knife oil paintings.
