A spunky little red robin inspired this minimalist bird portrait painting. He's out in the morning fog looking for a worm, trying to keep his feathers from ruffling in the cool light. His breast is bright red and his back is gray and brown. Look quick because he will fly away soon.

The original painting was created with professional grade oil paints on canvas. It makes its home with a buyer from Bloomfield, New Jersey.
