Artist says: I painted this artwork plein-air (outdoors).. the weather was changing rapidly. First, it was foggy in the morning. But then, the wind pick up burning the fog, lifting it up, and letting the sun shine and reveal the beauty of San Francisco Bay and Golden Gate Bridge.
