The Kern River is a favorite place for rafting in the summer and enjoying the changing color of the leaves in the fall. The water cuts a steep path in some areas but will then spread out to form tranquil beaches along the canyon floor.

Nature is my muse. A scene captures my imagination when a combination of nature, light, time and space transforms the everyday into a moment of unique beauty.
