Minor Help Needed In Setting My New Page And Web Page.

How do I get help in setting up my Fine Art America page and the website. I am almost there but some features (read search button and shop button etc) do no seem to function as I always just get NO RESULTS or NO MATCHES answers. I am lost as to what to do or where to get help. I am in the correct place for such answers?

Anne, there are currently some issues with FAA search and new uploads which is being worked on.

Do you have a paid Premium account or a free account?

You will nit be found in the general search here since you are a new member. I think it takes a couple of weeks.

When you click on the Collection you will see all your images

It will take a little while before they appear on your images page. Hopefully that delay will be fixed soon.

Thanks Jessica,
I will go ahead tomorrow and upgrade to the premium account. I see my photos under images and collections but none of the shop or search buttons that has filters yield any results. I guess I’ll wait a bit if FAA is having issues. Thanks for your reply.

Anne, the Shop and search always takes a while longer to display.
