Keywords Bulk Edit

Hi all, I'm looking for a way to bulk-edit keywords so an applicable tag to the whole collection/group can be easily added. Bulk Edit at present seems to only work for prices...

Keywords take time. You can't bulk edit keywords without creating spam.

Try using Keyworder.com

Hi, thanks. What I meant is this: say I thought of a keyword ie. prohibition that would make a great addition to my GEOMETRY OF OUTLAWS collection ; how can I add it to all the works in the group at once? Nothing to do with spamming...

There shouldn't be a reason or a need to have the same words for all.

But the only way to do it is one at a time. It prevents spamming.

I think you can sort it out by keywords, I forget how that's done, where you can see what words you used. Haven't used it in a while, its fuzzy in my mind. Then you can at least see what ones don't have those words. I'm think its under bulk edit prices. But you can only see it there.

If you want to add a set of keywords to more than one image, you can do one by one, but you can copy-paste the whole set.

the best way to do this is right when you upload

while you prepare images you can have keywords already inside the file info and then when the image is uploaded, the keywords are already populated on the site or you enter them after you uploaded as you post each item

Thank you all for your comments. On other POD platforms there is a way to select a number of works and add the key tag that slipped off one's mind to each and every one in the group, thus bulk-edit. If the collection has already some dozens in it --let alone a few hundred-- such function will be very useful, indeed.

I hope this feature will be added at some point.

It won't, I'm sorry. Too many people spam the keywords and that would make it easier

However, if the word fits, i can bulk add or remove

Thanks Abbie. I will keep this in mind.
