Sorry to be a broken record here with repeating myself…

But I would love an ON / OFF button for products upon uploading. A MASTER button that turns ALL products OFF (so they won’t sell) as well as an on /off button on each product. Frequently images, due to their ratio, don’t work at all on products and it’s time consuming blanking out all the mark up spaces.

Before the Thanksgiving Holiday I asked for help in adding Pyrography to the "Search by Media" drop down box.
Is this possible?

I think it would be useful to have in discussion threads some sort of selective viewing of your own replies (posts). Especially in image threads.

Please offer the same canvas wrap options on the .75 as we have on the 1.5 sides.

It would be lovely to have a slideshow button to be able to play all images in a repeating loop. The ability to do it by collection or all images would be a bonus. This would be a great way to show off my work at a local coffee shop.

This is about making the My Group Images page easier to use, by which I mean less mousing and fewer clicks required to manage my group images.

In order to see if I have any Pending or Rejected submissions in each group I have to use the drop-down control. It would be helpful if the count of my Group Images / Pending Images / Rejected Images could all be shown when I first land on that tab instead of requiring a mouse excursion to the drop-down control. There is plenty of unused space on that tab to show all these three numbers. Most often I don't have any rejects or pending, but I can only find this out using the drop down control twice on each group.

Another improvement would be to replace the drop-down with radio buttons. The drop-down has only four entries. User Interface guidelines typically recommend using Radio Buttons when there are only 2 to 4 options as they are simply faster for the user than a drop-down control.

Now you can easily see, and go to, any group with images waiting for review. I open the link in a new tab on each group, then just close tabs when done

Do you mean it isn't being considered despite me requesting it many times? Or do you mean it never made it to a list of things he's considering?

Make offering sales a more useful sales tool for us. And it would be nice if when FAA has sales we are notified several days ahead of time so we can promote. Win-win thing.

Thanks Abbie for your response but I guess I didn't explain clearly enough. I am not a group admin. I'm referring to submitting images to groups of which I am a member.

Is it possible to have sub-collections? Like a collection within a collection? For instance, I have a Massachusetts collection, it would be nice to be able to the cities and towns separated within that collection.

I would love to get heads-up on Promotions and perhaps Mockups to do Marketing.
Please Sean and Abbie it would be to everyone's advantage to be able to plan ahead.

I'm not sure if this is what Peggy was suggesting, but I'd love it if we could adjust our images on notebooks so that they'd look more centered. As it is, they look off-center due to the binding on the left.

JL, no, not the same thing. You can adjust the images on notebooks. I'm talking about print images not being adjustable if the image is cropped or anything other than the "natural" size (ie., vertical or horizontal, which don't allow positioning of the image to center it to our liking).

I'm still not clear on the answer if this is being considered or not.

These are the button on our AWS: There's no way to just see IMAGES. If I go to wall art, I see collections first, then images, with all the merch choice.

When you send an order to someone, can you make sure there is an invoice of what it is, where it came from, an order number and phone number?

I ordered 2 stickers, and it was just an envelope with the product just sliding around inside. If I didn't know I ordered it, like it was a gift or something, no one would know what it was. Further if there was a problem, I would have no way to contact anyone, other than the computer. And I may not have access to a computer. Or remember which order that item was for.

I wanted to ask, please, if it would be possible to have the prints always shipped in a tube rather than in the triangle box, because maybe it's safer.

The reason why I mention it is that the triangle boxes are soft (not like the tubes) and can get easily smashed. Last year when I ordered a print, this is how it arrived. (But thankfully the print somehow didn't get damaged in my case) And I thought if I will order an other print, I will ask to have it shipped in a tube.
But, Abbie, I'm not complaining, I'm mentioning this just to explain the difference, thank you!!

Can we please get our art on custom car wraps? They are very popular here and also FAA could put a small logo on the wraps, so the cars would be free advertisements for FAA anywhere they go :) Or maybe car decals?

Just stepping in here real quick for an emergency suggestion.

I know we have a time table of how things are shipped but can you turn the default shipping back to ground? Because buyers (and many artists), aren't noticing that its set to over night by default.

I think if you wanted people to know then it should be suggested in bold letters at the top. Most people will see the very high shipping price and not come back. Not everyone buys for the holidays.

When uploading a transparent .png we have a wide choice of background colours to choose from so as to convert to a .jpeg. I suggest giving us an option to add an RGB colour specific colour code, this would allow us a huge choice of colours. My thinking is adding the exact main/primary RGB colour of sports teams, national flags etc would be very useful.

Also when we upload a .jpeg the background colour on products offers an auto selected RGB colour, giving us the option to edit that RGB would be great

Hopefully the above makes sense.

Douglas for product background colors customise by clicking the arrow beside the default color then choose more colors. You can change to the exact color you want there.

Thanks for that Gill, i didn’t know we could change the HTML (HEX) CODE (show more colors), example changing the default to say #E52B50 etc.

Car wrapping is a service, not something that a POD can provide.

@David: I don't really know enough about car wrapping. But some companies here in Phoenix will put custom images on their car wraps. Anyway, if that doesn't work, then FAA could still offer decals :)

First let me say that I am very impressed with how FAA has managed to keep base prices stable on the various products, especially given our current inflationary environment.

If there are base price increases in 2023, it would be good if you could let us artists know so that we can tweak our prices accordingly.

I realize this is a challenging topic because there will always be a certain percentage of artists that will complain (which I will not not do), but for the vast majority of us artists, this is good information to know so that we can be proactive about adjusting our prices.

Hello I am struggling to fit my image file for upload because the file size limit is too small. I dont want to further compress my image and I think 30MB would have been a good compromise for file size limit. Thank you.

Have the ability to turn on/off the 'discount programs' on collections. Give us the opportunity to make it collection specific.

I may want some photos/collections excluded or included in the particular programs, so to be able to turn this on and off per collection would be helpful instead of our whole portfolio.

Please, please, please put the "Safe Filter" on the nudes on the Announcement - Recent Print Sales log-in page AND on the Recently Sold page. I was just scrolling through both and there, in all his natural birthday suit loveliness, was a full frontal nude man with his well-endowed maleness displayed for all the world to see ... even the kids. If you require that safe filters be placed by the artist/photographer for this kind of image, why on earth do you take that filter off on the sold pages? I'm an adult as most are on this site but there are many, many kids who scroll through the artwork here and this is not appropriate for their viewing, imo. Would be nice to fix this in the new year.

You need to report that to Tech Support immediately. The member does not have safe filter enabled and, obviously, should. If it was on, the images would not show on the Recently Sold pages.
I did just report this member to Tech Support - clearly in violation of site TOS.

Thank you, Nikki. I didn't even click on the image to see that the safe filter wasn't enabled. Good grief.
