Two pomegranates are whimsically transformed into characters with human-like features, one appearing to be sick and the other taking care of it. The caregiver pomegranate has large, expressive eyes and a makeshift mask, while it holds a thermometer in its "mouth" to check the temperature of the other fruit, which has a shocked expression and its "tongue" sticking out.
