The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

This little lady is all tired out from an afternoon of hard play with her littermates. A rescued dog, she and her 8 siblings were fostered, trained, and rehomed by Ohio Great Dane Rescue, and proceeds from the sale of this painting will help them continue to help other Danes in need. Once the original sells, I'll make reproductions available. This painting is from The Painting a Dog a Day project, October 20th, 2011.
