A patent drawing of a boat propeller, filed by W.C. Thompson, showcases the detailed design and dimensions. The patent was filed on April 17, 1964, and was registered under the number 3,224,509 on December 21, 1965, as illustrated by the various views of the propeller components in the figures. The schematic includes an axial section of the propeller hub and a side view of the blade with pitch measurement annotations.
