I have lived in the wonderful Tucson area since the early 60's.. Trained.. owned and showed horses.. lived on a working cattle ranch belonging to my husbands' family.. working cattle was a dream come true.. I now live on the San Pedro River in the Saint David area.. it's special!!.. My passion.. Animals!.. Love their expressions.. especially their eyes!.. When I am painting.. I know I am done when their eyes are looking right back at me.. Lately.. I have been exploring painting more intuitively.. not having a plan.. just see where my mind takes me.. I am loving it.. You can't get lost.. if you don't know where you are going.. :) My art interest developed when my parents owned a hobby shop in the NW Chicago area.. where I was born.....
