I think that this may be the smallest iron weight I have ever seen, but I can imagine that there are smaller ones out there. It is only one and a quarter pounds, and not all that hard to move around. Some people have a hard time lifting weights, but this one was pretty easy for me. I guess I am stronger than I look? -YoPedro
