Prints are lovely, shipping was exorbitant. I ordered from an Irish artist’s (Val Byrne) website, to be delivered to an Irish address, and it wasn’t until completing the order that I saw shipping was going to be 55 pounds sterling. It was not immediately clear from the artist’s website that the prints would ship from anywhere far away enough to justify such a cost, nor that the order would be fulfilled by a third party in America.

" I am...a mushroom; On whom the dew of heaven drops now and then" --John Ford Early autumn is such a wonderful time to find mushrooms. Whenever I'm out shooting, I always keep an eye out for fallen logs and patches of moss; they are great places to find all sorts of fungi. These particular mushrooms were shot in a patch of woods along the Lake Michigan shoreline in Jacksonport, Door County, Wisconsin.
